Well I’m on a diet right now and one of the things I should be focusing on is my eating. People said instead of eating one big meal, I should divide it up into smaller amount, like 5 small meals a day. So my question is that what can I eat to maintain a good, healthy diet? I always provide myself with fruits and save the salad for the night, which is my last meal.

I’ve lost around 15lbs, currently weigh 135lbs; 5′4, 16y/o.
I’m starting to have cravings and wanting to binge so badly
which is exactly how I gained back the weight I lost a while back.
I need a healthy ‘diet’ meal plan that I can stick with. Lifestyle change I can stick to.
I’ve never lost past 134lbs. I want to weigh 115lbs but more then anything I just want to feel like I see 115lbs in the mirror.
I don’t know anything about nutrients and such.
I eat 3 meals a day. I can’t do 5-6 small meals.
What to eat for breakfast, what to eat for lunch at home and school, and what to eat for dinner? I eat dinner around 4:30pm after school which is when I’m literally starving. Sometimes I feel my stomach grumbling even around 3:00pm.
I just want to keep losing weight in a healthy manner.
Are you supposed to snack between meals? I’m always hearing that if you’re hungry drink water or something. So wouldn’t eating snacks add calories or make you gain weight? Everytime I eat, I feel like I’m gaining weight.

I wanted to try the south beach diet. I am reading the book and looking at the meals in phase 1. I was wondering If I didn’t like one dinner plan, If I could use a different dinner plan from another day? Like, the 4th day for dinner is salmon. If I dont like salmon, can I use the chicken recipe for day 5 instead? If I like one breakfast, can I eat that one everyday or do i have to follow the day by day recipes, or are they all the same in the end? I hope I made sense! =) Thanks.

I’m 22, 130 lbs. and I’m working out 5 days a week for roughly an hour a day. I do weight training mixed with cardio. I’m not really looking to lose weight, just tone what I have. I work with a trainer a couple days out of the year. Right now, he has me on a low carb and high protein diet. I’m having trouble finding meal ideas to work with. Also, any tips on vitamins/supplements and workouts that I can do to help me along the way? I’m trying to work the hardest on my obliques, thighs, and stomach. I’m not supposed to have any starch, white bread, or pasta unless it’s whole grain. There’s not too much information out there on women’s fitness.
